Welcome to Zentral Chat.

By accessing or using Zentral Chat, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use online communication services in your jurisdiction. By using Zentral Chat, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, threats, or abuse
  • Share illegal, harmful, or explicit content
  • Spam, flood, or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to bypass security or moderation systems
  • Uploading malicious code
  • Impersonation or deception
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

Violation may result in immediate action without notice.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Creating or using multiple accounts to evade restrictions, moderation, or limits is strictly prohibited.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

Zentral Chat reserves the right to moderate content and user behavior. Actions may include:

  • Message removal
  • Warnings
  • Temporary timeouts
  • Permanent bans
  • Account deletions

Moderation decisions are final unless otherwise stated.

5. Reports

Reports submitted by users are reviewed by moderation staff. Abuse of the reporting system may result in penalties, including loss of reporting privileges.

6. Data & Privacy

Zentral Chat collects data necessary for functionality, security, and moderation, including:

  • Messages
  • Account identifiers
  • Temporary timeouts

We do not sell user data. Data may be disclosed only if required by law.

7. Availability

Zentral Chat is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Zentral Chat at any time for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zentral Chat and our team, KuraWorks, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time and you will be notified. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
